The AI Specialist builds and improves automation processes that power GenCares.ai’s marketing, sales, and service systems. You’ll help create smart workflows, enhance broker conversions, and streamline user experiences with well-designed AI logic. This role is great for someone who enjoys blending technical problem-solving with creative automation.

What You Will Do
You’ll design and optimize automated workflows, create AI-driven solutions, and support data-driven improvements across the platform.
